Changing Phase of #Siliguri in #real_estate market

Since last ten years I have been seeing a drastic changes in the city named as Siliguri. Located at the foothills of Himalayas. A beautiful small township which has now grown into a commercial hub. I remember the times when people used to migrate from Siliguri to big metropolitan like Delhi or Kolkatta. Times have changed now the condition has reversed, people from metro cities come to reside in Siliguri in search of peace, social life & especially development. But every coin has two sides this reverse migration of people had turned the peace into a ding-chak life style. Building of malls, commercial properties, residential apartments, more and more of hotels n restaurants, big franchised schools & educational institutes, medical name and fame all have some or other how changed the shape of town. Now its no more a small township but is expanding day by day. Its roots are growing in all four sides including Salugara, Matigara, Devidanga, Airport area, Dabgram, Aambari, Fulbari, Sevoke etc.

Real Estate Investing: According to wiki answer, Real estate investing involves the purchase, ownership, management, rental and/or sale of real estate for profit. So what profit do you think we get when investing in Siliguri real estate market? ….as no one is fool enough to step out from a high class metro life to a town having a little existence at world level.  So what might be the reason? One of my tauji used to state Siliguri as a city with flying money. The only requirement is right hands with a potential.

Undoubtedly the small town has grown to a big city attracting more & more people. More people is some or other how directly proportional to demand, whether it might be demand for homes or commodities. which in turn give rise to residential or commercial market.
